The details matter

Driveway care, from preparation to finish.

Asphalt driveway sealcoating

A protective surface coating refreshes faded asphalt and helps reduce weathering from sun, rain, and everyday exposure. We assess your driveway first so the recommended treatment matches its condition.

  • Residential asphalt driveways
  • Surface condition assessment
  • Careful application along driveway edges

Crack filling

Open cracks give water a path beneath the surface. Cleaning and filling suitable cracks helps limit water intrusion before the sealcoat is applied. Not every crack can be corrected with filler alone.

  • Inspect and prepare suitable cracks
  • Remove loose material and debris
  • Identify areas needing repair beyond sealcoating

Surface preparation & finishing

A lasting finish starts with preparation. Loose dirt, vegetation, and debris need attention, and oil-contaminated spots may need treatment before coating. We explain the preparation required for your driveway.

  • Clean the surface before coating
  • Protect adjacent areas
  • Provide drying and return-to-use guidance

Driveway questions, answered.

Is sealcoating the same as resurfacing?

No. Sealcoating adds a protective surface treatment; it does not add a new layer of structural asphalt. Deep potholes, widespread alligator cracking, sinking areas, and drainage problems may require repair or resurfacing first.

Can you sealcoat a concrete driveway?

This service is for asphalt driveways. Asphalt sealcoat is not an appropriate treatment for concrete. Tell us what surface you have when you request an estimate.

When can I park on the driveway again?

Curing depends on the product, temperature, humidity, shade, and weather. We provide job-specific guidance before work begins. Keep vehicles, pedestrians, and pets off the treated surface until the recommended curing period is complete.

Will crack filling make every crack disappear?

No. Filled cracks can remain visible, and movement in the pavement may cause cracks to reopen. The goal is to help reduce water entry and maintain the asphalt, not to make damaged pavement structurally new.

What affects the price of driveway sealcoating?

Driveway size, surface condition, crack quantity and width, preparation needs, access, and any repairs all affect the scope. Send your address, approximate dimensions, and clear photos so we can discuss an estimate without guessing.
