Interior glass, tracks, frames, and sticker and adhesive removal.
Floor care
Vacuum, scrub, and first-coat wax on new VCT; extraction on new carpet.
Fixtures & millwork
Cabinets wiped inside and out, hardware polished, light fixtures and switch plates detailed.
Restrooms & kitchens
New fixtures degreased, grout haze removed, and everything disinfected for first use.
Debris & trash-out
Packaging, protective film, and leftover material removed from the space.
