About Cook Facility Services

Cleaning is personal to us.

We started Cook Facility Services because we were tired of watching big vendors treat buildings — and the people inside them — like just another route. Every account we take on gets a real relationship: our cell numbers, monthly walkthroughs, and crews who stick around.

Today we clean offices, private schools, daycares, medical suites, and warehouses across the region. Same care, same accountability, whether it's a 3,000 sq ft office or a 60,000 sq ft campus.
